Gary acquired 92,000 SF office building for $60M with APPLE as anchor tenant located 500 & 501 Macara Road in Sunnyvale, CA. He followed up with a second acquisition at 145 El Camino Real in Menlo Park for $15M with Stanford Hospital as the anchor tenant. Moving forward Gary entitled ground up mixed-use development on 2515 El Camino Real in Palo Alto, CA for $27.7M to build 40,000 SF mixed use residential, commercial and retail.
As Capital Markets director Gary secured $27M land loan refinance for 575 River Rd, Edgewater, New Jersey a 370-unit multifamilydevelopment. He also secured $61M loan for 14-19 Port Imperial Blvd in Weehawken, NJ for a 280-unit condo development project.
Gary is license real estate agent in California, with a Bachelors Degree in International Economics from Peking University.
